It is way better than R7 7700x.
R7 5800x 3D competes and even beats 13900k in many games while running at 3200 mhz ddr4, while 13 th gen at DDR5 6000.

And it was prototype kind of product, I think they will provide Over clocking.

If the 3D version has the limitations of the 5800X variant, then no thanks! No overclocking and only marginal performance improvements makes it a solid no for me.
