We MADE IT! It is the final workout of Summertime Fine 2023 and I can't tell you how proud I am of you! 65 workouts down and I know without a doubt you are here stronger for having crushed this program! Please tag me in your transformation posts on social and comment below to let me know what you are proud of in your journey throughout Summertime Fine!

I have created a workout program for August using YOUR FAVORITE workouts from the channel so that you can work on your strength! In your calendar purchase I have TWO OPTIONS for you: your first calendar uses your favorite 40-60 minute workouts and your second option uses your favorite 30 minute workouts! This way, no matter what time you have each day, you can crush the workout with me!

AUGUST FAN FAVORITES WORKOUT CALENDARS:

Because all the workouts are already on the channel for this month you have the flexibility to move things around if you need to. There will be no new uploads on the channel this month as Dustin and I take a break to spend some time with our son and celebrate our first year as parents as well as our second wedding anniversary. I always want you to practice focusing on what makes you happy and healthy and Dustin and I really needed this break as a family to work on the business and come back stronger with new uploads in September!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! I will give you 30 seconds to work and you will superset two exercises together with 15 seconds rest between and you will complete three rounds of those two exercises. We have 60 seconds of rest in between the 7 circuits that we will complete. Have fun with this workout!

The Exercises:
1. Step out squat clean
2. Plank up Down burpee
3. Jackknives
4. Seated twists
5. Tricep Hand Release Push Up
6. Step out and Squat jump
7. Plank Walk
8. Bicycles
9. Skater Lunge jumps
10. Renegade Row to Snatch

Last summer was the worst summer of my life. I had major surgery and depression and stopped working out. I'm a year late, but I've finished this program!!! Tomorrow I'll rest but then I'm starting summertime fine 2024!!

The very first program that I have ever fully completed !! 3 month long program took me 4 months but i did it and im incredibly proud of myself !! I can't wait to start another.... i did it, guys !! 🎉

Did this workout series summer 2024. I'm much more stronger and lean. I'm able to wear clothes that I haven''t fit into for 10 years, and ;yes, they are back in style! I'm also down 22lbs. Started right after everyone finished up in August. i was so tired of promising I would accomplish something and not see it to the end. I have done an accelerated version of summertime in 65 days and clocked in every single morning. I recorded myself almost every single day at the beginning but at some point it stopped being about proving to others that I am working out to actually having this as my happy place every single morning. My endurance grew, the relationship I have with myself got better, I got confident, more expressive and surprisingly more disciplined in other areas of my life too. I could go on and on and on but Ill stop here. Thank you so much Sydney for sharing your passion with us and helping us get better and accountable

Just finished! Started in mid-Dec 2023 and ended in early April. 4 times a week instead of 5 but im proud. Now I just have to get my eating straight. I know I am way stronger, but I have a fat jacket! Cant wait for Summertime Fine 2024!

I know this series was done a year ago, but I found it months after it had ended. However, I decided to still do it to challenge myself. Little did I know that the strenght I developed through your workouts was going to help me get through one of the hardest seasons in my life: 3 months ago my mother suffered a stroke. Because of this, I became her caretaker and I had to put a pause in my workouts. 3 weeks ago I was able to start working out again. I know there's a Summertime Fine 2024, but I needed to finish what I had started, even if it took me months after. Today, I crushed it and finally finished. Summertime Fine 2024 here I come! Better late, than never! THANK YOU SYDNEY ❤❤❤

I wasn’t expecting to cry and get emotional during the cooldown but I did! Sydney saying “you got here by CHOICE, not by chance”, had me in tears. I had my 5th baby a little over a year ago and even though it took me more than 12 weeks to finish the program, I finished! I’m so proud of all the strength and endurance I’ve gained in the past few months. Thank you Sydney for helping me as a postpartum mama getting back in shape! I feel like I can do anything now!

I remember thinking 90 days seemed insurmountable. And we did it! 🎉 😭

Good morning Everyone! Wow...STF is complete! Congratulations to everyone for pushing through and completing Summertime Fine 2023 and believe me, I know it wasn't always easy 😉! Thank you, Sydney and Dustin and the whole community as well for all the support, motivation and encouragement!! I admit, there were days when I almost skipped workouts, but after reading comments, I got it done. We all are getting stronger and healthier together ❤️!! I can't wait to start the next challenge! Dedicating this programme to me and only me. Getting over depression and bipolar disorder and working on my body made me believe that I actually have a future. I eat food now, I eat food with happiness, I eat ice cream, I bought clothes for myself a few days back. I bought books to read. I started taking online management classes. It's just not working out. It's a way of living. Congratulations 🎉. Wish me luck. I wish you all luck! ❤
