Hello, I was quite impressed with this until it got to the end and I saw, ' This program was made possible through a partnership between the Alliance for Aging Research and Mars centre for Cocoa health science.' Is this Mars, the god of war, or Mars the sugar filled chocolate bar? Does the sugar filled chocolate bar contribute to healthy aging?

This is a great video except that carbs are not an essential nutrient. The USDA recommends way too many carbs in the diet. You want to limit them so you don't experience a blood sugar roller coaster which causes mood swings, excess fat storage, and inflammation, among others.
