🙌🙌 Thank you so kindly. I was standing for over 10 hours on my feet cooking for a party and helping clean, my right knee is swollen and painful I used painkillers to help but to no avail, i will do this exercise today

I work nights. Years ago I’d sleep laying on the floor with my feet on the sofa. Excellent with keeping the swelling off. Good job

I agree with all of this…. I also practice a more vigorous yoga practice of which legs up the wall is normally at the end. Following a low carb high animal protein diet has turned my life/health around more than anything.

Can a person lay on their bed? The legs can be raised on the headboard. I don't have wall space because furniture occupy the space.

Very hard to do the leg raise when you've got osteoarthritic knees! Sounds like ginger might help the knees though.
