Do you know the Benefits Legs up the wall? 🤔
Upside down body can give our body a great number of health benefits.🤠
🎯Here are the 7 Magical Benefits Legs up the wall
💠Relieves migraine/ headache ▪️Putting your 'Legs Up The Wall' gently stretches the muscles in your neck and relaxes you at the same time. It can in fact ease your throbbing headache in just a few minutes.

💠Relieves menstrual pain ▪️This will relieve heavy legs that often accompany period pain. Your body will be in an L-shape. You can raise the back of your pelvis with a folded blanket.

💠Balances blood pressure ▪️Legs Up the Wall pose can help to increase energy levels, reverse the effects of gravity on the whole system, help balance blood pressure, and soothe pain.

💠Manages varicose veins ▪️By resting your legs on the wall, you will increase your blood circulation while also flushing out toxins in your body. In addition, you will be taking some serious stress out of your legs, thus reducing the pressure that is put on your varicose veins.

💠Improves blood circulation ▪️Legs-Up-the-Wall is good for reducing leg swelling. When you stand or sit all day, your legs can swell because your body isn't circulating blood well. Practicing the pose reduces your risk for blood clots.

💠Makes you more calm ▪️This pose helps relieve stress and fatigue and gently stretches your spine, hips, glutes, hamstrings, and shoulder muscles. It has the ability to help relieve back and neck pain if your head and torso are supported.

💠Gets rid of tiredness ▪️It helps your nervous system and doesn’t put a lot of pressure on your neck and head. The Legs-Up-the-Wall is a “non-doing” pose that’s all about relaxing your body and letting go of the tension you’ve been carrying.
💠Helps with backaches ▪️The legs-up-the-wall pose helps relieve tired legs and feet, gently stretches your hamstrings and back of the neck and may help ease mild backache.

✅Do this for 5 mins or as long as you feel comfortable for.

I do this every alternate day, it helped me big time with my varicose issues, they disappeared within 3 weeks and helped reduce lower back pain. First day, my legs were twitching, shivering and I couldn’t keep them straight but within a week, this position made me realize how much your body needs this. This is super relaxing!!👍
