Judging by the Federal tax budget, it looks like if you're not in employment, you're free riding.
That includes investors that expect an asset protection racket, and a free lunch for the service.
Is employment supposed to be some kind of sin, that we're eliminating with taxes?
It seems whenever there's unemployment, or underemployment, people think the opposite!

The top 1 percent of taxpayers paid more than $1 trillion in income taxes while the bottom 90 percent paid $531 billion. The share of income taxes paid by the top 1 percent increased from 33.2 percent in 2001 to 45.8 percent in 2021.
