Living Without A Gallbladder | Important Details is a video that teaches on the important steps that can be taken when living without a gallbladder.

Living without a gallbladder is a reality for many people but the unfortunate part is that after gallbladder surgery nobody gives these individuals a guide as to how to live a better quality of life without a gallbladder. Most are told to either eat a low fat diet or eat whatever they want. You know now there is a better way.

Milk Thistle and dandelion is a great for supporting the production of bile, reducing the risk of stone formation and protecting you from developing fatty liver. It also worshippers well as a gallbladder remedy for pain and nausea.

Ox Bile supports the digestion of fats and offers a lot of support for those who do not have a gallbladder. Selenium is great along with N-Acetyl Cystine to support liver health and detoxification of the liver.

Vitamin D3+K2 is really important in order to remove some burden from the liver as it along with the kidneys is involved in the production of Vitamin D.

I can't understand why doctors don't tell us how to take care of our bodies after gall bladder removal. Thank you for the info!!!

I was told that because I had several gallbladder stones that I needed to have it removed. I was told that people don’t need a gallbladder and most people have them removed. I have every symptom that is listed in this video.

After my surgery two years ago. I became a pescatarian. I lost 40 lbs. I do not eat dairy products, no pasta, and high fatty foods. I take vitamins daily D3, C, Bio-3 Complete.

My mom had hers out years ago. Never any problems and she is 88 now. My sister, 56, had hers out 15 years ago and says she is fine unless she eats a high fat meal, burger, fries, then she gets diarrhea. Everyone is so different. Even this Doc, says 60% never have any problems. Good info

Had mine out last week, I've been eating very healthy and I feel a lot better. The pain that put me in hospital last week was agonising. I've had 3 kid's and the gallbladder pain was far worse.

Really appreciate that information.
The surgeons decided they would remove my gallbladder over a year ago, and I've had severe digestive issues ever since.
I never had any aftercare or advice, and after being ill and turning yellow following the procedure, It still took them 7 months for them to schedule me for a scan.
I am awaiting results.
I found my way here because nobody would share this information freely, or listen to what I was going through without suggesting IBS.
Thank you for the detailed explanation, it made a lot of sense.

Had my GB out six days ago. Hardly any pain, but a lot of digestive discomfort. Have loose stools immediately after I eat. Am also very boated and my legs/feet are full of water. I'm hoping these things will settle down as I continue to heal. I'm so very upset that we leave he hospital without any information. You'd think they'd have a paper prepared to handout when you leave that at least goes over these things and tell you what you may need. Have a follow-up with both my surgeon and my primary...probably neiher of whom know anything about diet, the problems, etc I live alone and it's been very difficult to care for myself...especially since I'm weak and can't stand for any period of time. I'm 81 and guess I am lucky I didn't have a problem until now. Bless all of you out there tring to fly solo. This video was a Godsend. Thank you so much!

I never got told anything by any doctor about what I would be missing. I have seen several, never get asked about my diet. I have also had my thyroid removed. They just want to give me more scrips for symptoms. I am on disability and poor. I also have dyslexia which most of them knew. And 1 has gone over and things, or offered me supplements they all act like none of my symptoms are even connected, and so suggest it was a waste of time. Thank you so much for posting. It means more than you know

It's been 3 years since my gallbladder was removed and I have most of the problems noted and not one of my doctors has mentioned it could be because there is no gallbladder! So happy I just happened to see this on YouTube! Thank you so much Doc!

Shared. Thanks Nick. Got mine out 1.5 years ago and wasn't given any info. Actually they alluded to it being a bit of a reset. No nutritionist consult pre or post op to go over stuff, info, etc. you gave me more than the health system who does these on a daily basis gave me!

These kinds of info should be made mandatory documents during the discharge from the hospital! I am going through all these symptoms for 2 years! And as you mentioned doc has put everything under 'IBS'!!!

You are awesome....After my was on my own literally!!!! IF I did not give my surgeon’s clinic a never even left a word pr two, to at least “ tell me the do’s and the dont’s, what to and what not to eat..”. Amd when he finally spoke ro me on the phone....he sounded
Irritated and told me” What do you want to know? “ I stopped myself to tell “ What a question!” After surgery, most doctors
think ...as soon as they leave the operating room...” I’m done. Goodluck....”

Wasn't told squat after surgery but haven't had any problems.
Pills, bills, and surgery, that is all American doctors do.

I got mine out a year ago as a perfectly healthy 20 year old. One day my gallbladder decided to get extremely infected and inflamed and I lost 22-26 pound in 3 weeks!!! After a hida scan I had emergency surgery to remove it because it was effecting my liver and stuff. Literally woke up from surgery feeling amazing again. I am sooo happy I had it removed. It was triple the size it was supposed to be!!!
