I went to the 10X Growth Con 3...It was disappointing to say the least. The Con was 3 days of motivational speakers ONLY, not strategies, plans, or new knowledge that you could practically take and implement to your business and scale it to generate more income. It was consisted mainly of professional motivational speakers.

Grant and Daymond were the two best speakers. Everyone else was similar to a high-school motivational speaker - vague, generic, but positive. Perhaps it was good for people who are just starting out, but as a person with a business that generates a lot of money each year (and I am wanting to 10X that of course) this conference did NOT deliver the goods. This is for people who want preachy, generic, motivational speeches which can be found on youtube, literally. The Jesse Itzler speech was an audience favorite but can be found verbatim on youtube.

Grant has great energy and I still love him because he is all in and I respect that vision and energy. The fact that he made it all happen is incredible and that woke me up. Daymond laid down some good business tips for people wanting to grow. There was the creator of click funnels who had good and practical information, but he spent the last 25 minutes of his time pitching the audience to buy click funnels and how college is not a good investment...same old things we've heard before. It really turned off the audience.

On day two, half of the audience did now show up. I do not think it is the best event in the world but it did wake me up: It woke me up because after the disappointment if this conference I realized that nobody is going to take my hand, grow my business, and tell me EXACTLY what to do.

I realized deep down I've already known EXACTLY what I have to. It's just a matter of focusing, working hard, learning more, and executing those ideas to make it happen. And then 10Xing it.

I only paid $150 for the conference, so I can't complain much more. But for people who paid thousands of dollars...yikes, not sure about the ROI on that investment. Miami is a fun city and it was a great experience to see Grant in person. He is truly 10X and that was worth the $150.
