It would be great is the creator of this video would spend less time talking and giving his opinion and more time just playing the exchange between Grant and Robert.

Grant Cardone was one of the best salesman/trainer at a point but he found out that scamming people is much easier and lucrative. Let’s be honest Robert ain’t too far off from Grant.

This is the second video I've seen from the producer going after Cardone. I watched that episode b/c I follow the Kiyosaki's and it was not even close to what this guy is framing it as. They had kind of a tense moment where the two had a difference in strategy and Robert was very clear that they don't share that approach. Nothing was exposed as fraudulent. They didn't get after each other at all. There really wasn't even an argument per say. I hate it when fake media pundits try to juice up a situation to get you to watch them spew their opinion. This is click bait.

Grant Cordone was in the automotive sales industry 20 years ago, not real estate. When I was selling cars years ago, they used to make us sit and watch his videos in how to close sales.

Greatest piece of advice I've picked up from Robert, "choose your teachers wisely." Much love Robert!

Grant’s a shady guy but so is Robert. Both are great salesmen. Their approaches are different though. Kiyosaki has always played the wise old man while Cardone is like your cool uncle. I enjoy Kiyosaki’s books and agree with a lot of what he and his Rich Dad advisors say though. Cardone is too hollywood for me. I think Robert knows that Cardone is a bit of a paper tiger.

selling dreams has always been the most profitable business on earth. From heavens (in past) to billion riches you just need someone to buy it and someone to sell it. What shocks me is almost all motivational speakers and online business advisors have no legit money earning business to own, they never had it to prove their worth as an advisor and the audience never questions this thing. And why would a successful business person waste his time advising people and not mind his own business if it ever exists. Isn't that contrary to his own business advice he is giving. I mean its so simple to see the scam of dan lock, grant cardone and so many others.

I can’t think of one single interview or video blog that I’ve seen with Robert Kiyosaki or Greg cordon where they’ve offered any practical advice for the general public to be able to become real estate investors. They are businessmen who make their money on selling seminars and books and videos, etc.. and this was Robert, trying to protect his turf because every dollar that Grant makes is a dollar that Robert cannot make.

Interestingly, Kiyosaki has been accused of all the same things. These two have had very similar careers including false origin story, lying about past business successes, mentors who never existed, lying about how much real estate they own, etc. They've both done all that. Seems to be par for the course in guru land, go figure.

The only FRAUD is This video. The title is misleading and false! Listen to the actual video for yourself!

Welcome to the era of nternet....where people want to be seated at home, on a recliner or on a cozy sofa having a cup of coffee, sending money away to invest in illusions... virtual reality as its peak!... Beautiful.

I will never trust grant cardone. He is always selling his products instead to give some value

Grants model is give him your money to invest and he will grow it and charge fees. Robert’s way can make you more to a certain point . It’s hard to have a 20 million real estate portfolio as an individual. That’s when you would look at syndication. But yes getting your first loan with 5 percent down for a single fam or duplex is the way to start .

I used to have respect for Robert, but, when I saw him create a cheap-arse course on how to grow rich, using the conman playbook style - the sort of thing Grant does, I realised he just another conman.

I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad in 2002, and at one point had 7 single family homes, fast forward to now and I now own a business and the property, thank you Mr. Kiyosaki, I have been a Grant Gardone fan since 2015, I will be buying a small apartment building in 2025.

I hate to disappoint but I support BOTH of these guys opinions. In different ways, these two men have been instrumental in me breaking out of my shell of poverty and paralysis of analysis. Grant and I share the same name 'Grant' so I naturally sympathize with his life story and Rich Dad Poor Dad was like medicine for my sick financial soul. Twice I almost broke thru the poverty ceiling to no one's fault but my own because I deviated from the plan. First in real estate investing and second in penny stock investing. Now I'm a gig Worker in Los Angeles; Grant's Tips From A Top 1% Ubereats Driver. Chasing Ronald Coleman in Hawaii while starting from scratch plotting my next move. 3 cheers to Robert and Grant!
