I'm getting flashbacks to the time I had a housemate who would make breakfast in bed for everyone on weekday mornings. Often I'd fall back to sleep only to be reawakened by the sound of one of the cats sucking the milk out of the cereal, then have to start the day with just a cold cup of tea.
