*Remember, personalities change and evolve.*
Never box yourself into one and think that you will be like that the whole life.
Adapt to survive.

I got 100% machiavellianism, 51% psychopathy, 46% narcissism but
I wouldn't consider myself dangerous

I scored horribly high in narcissism and machiavellianism, moderate in psychopathy. I knew ever since a child that I had these traits, with some of them learned and others developed from circumstance of survival. They would work for me and terribly against my conscience. I just never knew my inclination had names until reaching Uni.

Even after getting a therapist, I still struggle with not exploiting a "great opportunity". It's like having an itch you can't scratch.

My advice to anyone is to channel that energy into productive endeavors like a career or games. Keep your mind busy... "An idle mind is the devil's playground."

my boyfriend scored above 84% in machiavellianism. I first laughed it off but now I'm worried :(

I've come across all three personalities. Learned major life lessons from them and realized that I don't need to be like any of them to win in my life. Stoicism is my tool as it gives me the silent and long lasting power that no one can take away.

I love this question in the test:
"I have never gotten into trouble with the law.
"
I you born, that's trouble in the eye of the law - you can be punished without committing anything. There is a big difference between US and Eastern Europe in this question. :)
Ppl of Hungary tend to report you to the authorities if you dog barks or you work at night.

At first I thought: I hope nobody actually calls off a wedding because their fiancés score is over 20 on YouTube dark triad test!… But then I was like: if someone’s stupid enough to cancel a wedding because of a test on YouTube, they probably shouldn’t reproduce anyway 🤔
But seriously, there is a malfunction with the neuroticism questions in this test. If you are prepared to destroy relationships, at least be responsible enough to use a functional test. UNLESS YOU’RE A PSYCHOPATH . Mr. practical psychology 😳

*Its good to be self aware and know how you are as a person so you can make the best out of what you have and get the most out of it* 🙏
Looking forward to the interview! 😁

I scored high for Machiavellianism but I really don't think that it's accurate

I can't believe a "Psychology" channel just said "not very OCD" and referred to OCD as how it is often portrayed in media instead of what it actually is as described by the DSM-V. If any of you want to know what OCD really is please look it up online in the DSM-V, or even better read about Pure-O (obsessional) OCD which is completely different from the public portrayal of OCD rather than believe this pseudo-psychology.

Thank you for giving the history of these terms as well.

I took one. Out of 5
Machiavellianism 4.3
Narcissism 3.1
Psychopathy 3.3
I tried to be as honest as possible but who knows. I think we could con a psychologist if we really wanted and the most accurate diagnosis is via documented behaviour not what we or a shrink thinks.

Feedback on the test: It might be good for ppl have doubts w/ the test result to check these personality attributes with active situational games. Because sometimes we think what we "wanna be" and not what we are. In situational games we focus on the game and not what we want to be and we can open up more with our real personalities and left the "acting" or the "wanna be" part of ourself behind.

The last bit is very pop-sciency, and is likely to spread misinformation and paranoia. What are your qualifications or sources on the percentage scores for people to not befriend/marry? Don't take any advice from this person or buy any products until you've checked his credentials.
Also, "It has more to do with nature rather than nurture, and isn't caused by trauma etc" is a conflicting idea with "We can find them and 'change them for the better.'"
