This is a 4-minute Follow-Along HIIT ab workout that is a great finisher after a lifting session, or on it's own on an active rest day.

Here's the workout:
Complete 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off of 4 different exercises. Complete two total rounds for a total of a 4-minute workout!

-V-Ups
-Plank to Pushup
-Toe Touches
-Plank Jacks

Can suggest alternative moves for arthritic knees (no jumping!) and arthritic shoulder (no push up or modified push ups)?
