Whats up everyone!!! My name is Daysha aka. Bodibiday and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I used to be extremely skinny!! Not on purpose, but more of a genetic thing and a high metabolism... 87lbs was the most I ever weighed and I was able to put on over 20lbs of muscle, build curves and gain so much more confidence! So I dedicate my life and this channel to helping others, especially women, gain weight in a healthy way by working out and building muscle and educating about how the body works!

my story is similar to urs I been skinny my whole life and I was able to gain 25 lbs in the last 3 and a half years by weight lifting and working out! I weigh 120 now and am SO much happier with myself but I'm working more on my shape and stomach now and ur videos have been helping me wit that so much! ur so inspiring, is so awesome to see someone relatable for me on here! not too many youtubers or instagram fitness people have "skinny" backgrounds lol😁♡ love u girl keep up the good work!!!

Shame on me for constantly looking for a "thicker" figure to follow on YouTube. I watched one video from 2015 where you tell a very relatable story. I love how confident you were saying "...I worked out to get to my size, I'm sorry if you don't like it..." made all the skinny girls do a cheerful root for you! Go boo! I love that. I loved the video on hip dips and this was my 3rd watch which gained you a subscriber...
