I love this series so much. You did such a good job man. Love showing mistakes, and helping us all learn. So much potential here. Can’t wait to see it take off (even more so than it already has!)

These videos are so inspiring man. I got rid of my v70 this past summer due to some engine trouble that was too expensive to fix. I’ve always wanted to learn how to work on cars but have always second guessed myself. Wishing I would have attempted the work after watching these videos. I miss that car so much haha

I'm not gonna lie. I had a feeling you'd be into cars seeing that you drove stick in your early videos but man. Seeing you take on a whole project like this was unexpected since your main content was the photography stuff but I LIKE WHAT I SEE!

The only downside of your videos is the fact I really start missing my v70s I had in the past and now want to buy one again. The only problem is that I’m broke af and that there’s already an old 240 as my daily which I will definitely keep. Besides that I’m still loving it Willem! ❤

Damn, this was a fun series. Makes me miss my 5 cylinder VW rabbit. Definitely not a "fast" car, but it was fun on the mountain roads and made good 5 cylinder noises.

Been following Willems photography and his YouTube for years. When I heard he came out with an automotive channel I was super excited. Had no idea the guy had a passion for cars, something that most of my friends and family don’t have. Super cool, and especially to see him working on 2000s Volvos is sick. Ive been daily driving a 2008 Volvo S60 T5 for the last two years(my first car). And I’ve loved it so much. Sadly I’m putting it up for sale in a couple days as I’m getting a newer car. Anyways, love the channel Willem, the S70 turned out fucking sick. Look forward to seeing your vids in the newest S60 in your collection.

As a fellow Volvo owner that learned a lot by fixing issues when I got the car, I approve of this video. Nice work!

Holy cow, Willem! You know WAY to much about all this now. Congratulations! I can’t tell you how many thresholds you pasted where I would have put that thing on a flatbed straight to the best shop I could find! Love the new channel, too! Can’t wait for whatever’s next! Cheers!

Hey man! I’m a car mechanic/enthusiast and I’ve been watching your film photography videos and learning from them as I get into 35mm film! So it was so dope to see that you have a car channel. I just finished watching your little series and man for someone that’s new to all this you did a killer job! You look natural and just mechanically minded in general judging from the clips. From replacing the motor and diagnosing issues, props to you bro keep it up

I really enjoy your photography. This channel is so foreign to me.
What the realization for me is that a car is just an assembly of parts which have to be put together correctly. Just and correctly seem to be the operative aspects.
I follow a channel about “think like an engineer” this seems a lot like that. Thinking and doing!
Thanks for sharing your adventures.
