The Lexus ES is not a compact. Way bigger than a 3 series, A4, IS, and more. It's longer and bigger than most mid sized sedans.

Did they say the Chevy Malibu is more reliable than the Toyota Camry in 2nd? I’ve seen a lot more older Camrys on the road than Malibu’s.

Many of the vehicle images you're showing are inaccurate, since the JD Powers Dependability study is based on 3 year old models. For example, that Hyundai Tuscon should be a 2015, but you show a 2016, so we'd have to wait for the 2019 study.

I find it funny how compact and small cars in America are normal sized cars in the rest of the world. The large ones wouldn't even fit in most of our car parking spots or smaller roads.
