I have been a lemon law attorney for 21 years, representing both car companies and consumers. Toyota, Lexus and Mazda have been the standard for a long time. Toyota and Lexus have had some big issues with engines and braking in 22 and 23 models, so it will be interesting to see if this impacts their reliability rankings going forward.

You ought to expect Lexus; just the luxury line for Toyota.

I have a Mazda CX-5
10 years old. I love my car, runs great. I live in Southern Oregon, Mazda's are everywhere. Better than Subaru

Can never go wrong with the Bank of Toyota. The king of reliability and longevity.

Alex is very informed and speaks directly. Big parts of relying on Consumer Reports are members' surveys and feedback. I've been a member/subscriber since 1972.

LOL😂 He was shocked Lexus was number one on the list. I drive a Lexus 350 IS 2014. I just change oil every 10k, change tires and wiper blades as needed.

I have a 2019 Honda Fit. 92, 000 miles with no problems and well maintained. A keeper for sure.

5-10 years for a Lexus or Toyota is nothing - if well maintained.

My 2008 Lexus ES350 has almost 150, 000 miles and has been very reliable

Just pick a Japanese car. European cars might be beautiful, and American cars may be more patriotic, but Japanese cars are much more reliable. If you can afford, choose Lexus, Infiniti, or Acura. They are not only just reliable, but also good looking.

They only mentioned the top three! NOT the top ten.

I listen to Consume Reports and back in 2015 I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry! And speaking honetly, I've had very few issues! 🤩👌👍

I had a 1992 Toyota Celica GTS and it was one of the best all around cars I've ever owned. Style, reliable and fun!

'15 Subaru Outback, '17 Honda Ridgeline, '16 Toyota Sienna - all $6-8k in repairs and none of us ever go anywhere - hardly any miles...we thought we were buying good vehicles ... now how are we supposed to buy a $48k car in retirement AND how do you get rid of lemons?

That was a nearly useless video. Very little info.
