🥄 For this Delicious Recipe you will need...

🔸 1 bunch Swiss Chard, any colour
🔸 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) extra virgin olive oil
🔸 1 medium cooking onion, sliced
🔸2-10 cloves garlic, chopped
🔸1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
🔸 1-398 mL (14 oz) can white beans, drained & rinsed
🔸1/2 cup (120 mL) vegetable broth or water
🔸chili flakes, sea salt & black pepper, to taste

What to do…
🔹Separate the Swiss chard stems from the leaves. Slice the stems and roughly shop the leaves.
🔹 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add onion and sliced chard stems; sauté until starting to soften.
🔹 Stir through garlic and rosemary; cook 1 minute longer, stirring frequently.
🔹Add the chard leaves and all remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring often, until the leaves are wilted and the onions are tender; about 4-6 minutes.

Notes…
▶️ This can be made with any leafy green vegetable in place of the Swiss chard.
▶️ Use any kind of white beans that you like!

I just brought a lot of chard in from the garden. This will be breakfast. I might add toasted pine nuts and a splash of vinegar or lemon juice.

held off on red pepper flakes but added some fresh thyme, it goes very well with beans, and another fresh green herb called lovage, came out very good, might add a bit of diced smoked/cured real polish sausage at the end next time.

Its unnerving to me the way he never breaks eye contact with the camera, even while sprinkling ingredients into the pan. 😂

I only came to brag about the plate I just ate. I've got yellow and red, I added one chicken breast instead of white beans and I put a little cottage cheese on the side with pepper on top to break up the palate. Sea salt might have been nice, but whoa. Not that much, with all that garlic. Ready to get up and go kick some ass now. And I suggest if you can grow your own it'll do you better from seed to Soul. Good job homie.

Your ability to toss ingredients in the pan while looking straight into the camera is astounding… I tried it and it was a disaster 🤨
