INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN SMOOTHIE

1 cup plain coconut water
1 cup berry
11/2-2 cups of kale/ green of your choice
1 small grapefruit peeled
1 tbsp ginger juice/ 1/2 tsp grated
1tbsp lemon juice
Handful of walnut/ nut of your choice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add ingredients in a blender blend until creamy

Mix and match using foods from the
Low gi list for juicing:

Leafy greens: bok choy, lettuce, broccoli, kale, spinach, collard greens, Swiss chard watercress cucumber, cilantro zucchini, carrots, beets, pumpkin choose 1 -2 cups fresh or frozen

Liquid plant based milk, coconut water,almond milk, cashew, oat milk, green tea choose 1- 2 cups

FRUITS:
Apple, kiwi, avocado, cherries, peaches, strawberries. Blueberries raspberries choose 1-2 cups fresh or frozen

OMEGA 3 :fats 1-2 tablespoons
Walnut flaxseed, chia seed, pecan,almond , avocado

BOOSTERS; nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon,essence of almond

Protein: hemp seeds, white beans or chickpeas, tofu, plant based protein 1 serving

SALAD:
Lettuce, cucumber, green bell pepper arugula, avocado, spinach red onion, nuts

BREAKFAST:

PINCH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

SNACKS:
CARROT WITH PEANUT BUTTER
1 SMALL ORANGE
1 APPLE
7 UNSALTED ALNOND
HANDFUL WALNUT
CELERY STICK WITH AVOCADO DIP

LUNCH:
1) ARUGULA SALAD BAKED CHICKEN
BELL PEPPERS, CUCUMBER
RED ONION, CHICK PEAS/ BEAN OF YOUR CHOICE

2) STIR FRIED VEGGIE
STRING BEAN CARROT
ASPARAGUS, BELL PEPPERS

3) BAKED SALMON
ASPARAGUS, BELL PEPPERS CUCUMBER CARROT

4) +SARDINE/ TOFU/ TEMPEH LETTUCE, WHOLE GRAIN BREAD TOASTED, ONION

DINNER:
1) SALMON BAKED, BROCCOLI, STRING BEAN CARROT STEAMED

2) QUINOA COOKED, BAKED CHICKEN ASPARAGUS CABBAGE

3) CAULIFLOWER RICE WITH BEAN OF YOUR CHOICE, BAKED CHICKEN

4) BROWN RICE, CHICKEN BREAST KALE, EGGPLANT

YOU CAN INCORPORATE GREENS INTO SMOOTHIES, SALADS, STEAMED ETC.
