Thank you for posting these disturbing images. I'm originally from Chicago and we used to call these blocks as "dope strolls" because as you walk down them you see just about every kind of drug being being inhaled, injected and offered for sale in the wide open. No one did a thing about them. My heart bleeds for these people and I wish I could help each and every one of them get back up and become solid members of society instead of, well, this. I'm sorry your city is not fixing this ugly problem.

City has fenced off some of the areas where there used to be a ton of homeless tents. That seems to be the only improvement from a year ago. Still have a long way to go in cleaning up this mess.
