These videos are an excellent way to learn first hand exactly what law enforcement is up against 24/7. What the business owner and landlord is up against 24/7. What the street cleaners are up against 24/7.
These folks are up against a mountain, a fn tsunami of dysfunction, non productiveness, not to mention the opiode dealers, suppliers and runners who live there and most grew up there yet basically commit premeditated intentional murder to their neighbors and even their own race with zero concern or remorse by selling and continuing to addict these people all for money.

That's the true message of these videos. Not the people who won't move to shelters because they are not allowed to use alcohol and drugs while attempting to be helped at the tax layers expense.
If you want to feel sorry for someone feel sorry for law enforcement whose hands are tied because they cannot terminate the dealers and suppliers on site when caught. Feel sorry for all the businesses and real estate owners property ruined and destroyed and for sure feel sorry for the street cleaners that have to pick up all the s... and debris in freezing weather these dysfunctional masses do. Including their own feces all over the sidewalks.
