It bothers me a lot to see a little animal in this situation, people choose their life but not a puppy, it is not fair that even they have to be wandering from one place to another, hungry, cold and careless, while their owners have fun. these pets deserve to be in a suitable and comfortable place. It is very very sad to see this situation.

I think the one are is the Library If so, law enforcement should clear all of those junkies out. Think about the children and others that need the library for internet access. It a tragedy that decent people have to live among them. Life is made up of choices.

My Husband Died age 32..OD to DEATH.Left me w My Six Beautiful Children. Two of whom have an addictive personality. I'm SO tired of people who don't Recognize this as A Disease. That Same mentality thinks Alcohol is OK- bc it's in stores. TGOD- Congress is Beginning to Build MORE Rehabs! DrugAddicts are NOT all Criminals! Infact- Some have Bigger Hearts than people who have been Sheltered All of their lives. Just Words from a LOVING MOM.
