I’m worrying about the homeless during this cold snap along the east coast. I live much further south than Philly and it has been in the single digits overnight so it can’t be much warmer up there. At 2:23 a man can be seen sitting on a curb pathetically stroking a very small fire. Look at their outerwear. Far too thin for sub-freezing temperatures and waist level jackets aren’t worth a pint of cold p_ _ _. Philly is often described as America’s poorest large city but does it at least provide shelters for use during cold snaps?


Also notice the rat at 2:54 scurrying behind a pile of trash.

Je suis choqué par cette vidéo et ces images qui me font mal et dont je regarde avec beaucoup de tristesse et de colère.
