I lived on those streets and its rough in Kensington luckily i took the help they offered me and i went to eagleville rehab and am clean, if you are looking for anyone who might be lost down there message me because i know alot of people down there who are outreach workers

Recovering addict with 10 years sobriety from opiates here. It was only when I had to face the real consequences of my choices did I decide to take responsibility for my life and make a change. Enabling these individuals with free syringes and other handouts will only make things worse. Look at SF, LA, Seattle and Austin. I hope these people can find some peace.
