They got an RV in the driveway worth as much as a starter home

I transitioned from “wow, I feel for them” to “wow, what did you expect? you built a home ON the ocean.” Lmao.

They have money, look at their home. I feel sorry for the people that don't have the means to rebuild immediately.

These are Millionaires with insurance. She also seems content and fine about it. Move along

You own a ground level coastal home feet from the Gulf. 🤷

Duh! What do you expect putting homes that close to water and Florida constantly having Storm surges and hurricanes !!

How ridiculous to live close to the water

It’s to be expected they live by the ocean . why is this even news ???

I will never understand why people build a super expensive home right on the ocean and then get upset or complain about why they lost it to a hurricane. You build on the ocean, you ACCEPT THE RISKS associated with it!!

I am more amazed at how quickly they got contractors to rebuild. Not everyone has the means to get this done right away. The rich always keeps on winning.

I know the area, that is easy a 2+ mil home, just next to the water. If idiots wants to live so close to the water in Florida well there is a price to pay. My house is 7 miles inland at 73 ft elevation by a beautiful lake in a FEMA X Zone (no flooding risk). To me the house in the video is worthless, I do not need the aggravation and time wasted to rebuild never mind the money. I can drive 30-40 mins to go to the beach or to put my boat on the water.

She’s so wealthy that it seems to not be such a big deal. Repairmen are already on scene. Compare her matter of fact response to those in, say North Carolina, Swannanoa or Asheville, who are devastated, so traumatized. They don’t have the money to rebuild. Their lives are completely upended. I hope she has the heart to help others who don’t have the means she does to recover.

They got money 💵 let’s focus on the unfortunate Americans not the millionaires

Glad I’m not the only one not feeling too bad for these particular individuals…

These people were virtually living in the Ocean 🌊CRAZY & Federal Taxpayers should not help them rebuild. They knew the Risk.

Who builds this close to the water. Such idiots. For the life of me, I never understand people who build near the riverbanks and complain about flooding.

Rich, will be okay... NOT poor mountain people in North Carolina, EXCEPT for THEIR FAITH.

Taxpayers should not be responsible to help these rich people !! They know the risks and it’s their job to rebuild!! I’m done paying for the ignorance of the rich!!
