bunch of green onions
oil (sunflower)

for sauce
soy sauce
dark soy sauce
sugar
vegetarian oyster sauce (optional)
scallion oil

1. cut green onion into 2 inch pieces, separate whites & greens
2. add sunflower oil to saucepan heat medium low
3. add whites of onion, fry for 10 minutes
4. add rest of green onion, fry to until onion is brown (another 5-10 mins)

to make into sauce
soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, vegetarian oyster sauce (optional), scallion oil
simmer for 2-3 minutes
