I watched this video last summer and have been using a kitchen knife ever since. Using a vice is wicked fast, and being able to strip romex wire while resting my feet at night allows me to make a few more bucks when usually Id just be watching television. Thanks for the awesome video man!

I love the machine that Project Shop FI uses - it doesn't get any better than that. I just bought a Bluerock MWS808PMO wire stripper machine and regret not doing this years ago, as stripping wire will always bring in more dividends. Especially with clients like Project Shop FI (buying from Electricians) has acquired through the years.

I put my foot on the bottom to hold it tight then run the blade down. Comes off a dream. I just bought a wire stripping machine so ill be giving that a try.

Wouldn't have guessed to use a filet knife. Thanks to a generous scrapper I am past my box cutter days. I can't get it to run anything smaller than romex though. I can't wait to get one of those machines like you have. It just flies through wire.
