You can tell he has respect for different cultures palates as he doesn't try to "change" these recipes... That's how you get people adding chilli jam to fried rice. Alot of western chefs have a tendency to do this because they think they know better than the people who literally invented the dish. This kid has already surpassed some "professionals".

as an executive chef with my own restaurants in the 7th largest city in the world, you did excellent...keep up the curiosity...and great use of the dough scrapper we use it in my restaurants as well... its a great tool... you can see that this comedian uncle rodger does not really cook...lol nor did he clean up after himself as a child...

my best advice I can give you... cook like a grandmother... take praise with a grain of salt... and always cook from your soul and with kindness... and never go after any kind of stars...or critical acceptance, they only get in the way of true cooking...
