Egg fried rice(uncle Roger please review ) @unclerogershorts

Sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Chili sauce
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup soy sauce

Other ingredients
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 bunch green onions white parts only
4 eggs
3 1/2 -4 cups day old rice

In a large frying pan or wok, heat 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Then add your vegetables and cook until softened. Then add wisked eggs and a pinch of salt. Gently stir until fully cooked. Then add your rice. Cook until your rice is dry. Then add your sauce and turn off the heat. Stir gently to combine.

Serve and top with green onions.
