Just had a baby 2 weeks ago after being on bedrest for a month. This sounds amazing. The day I found out i was pregnant i worked out so hard with you!! Then I got really sick, have missed ya!

days per week💜💜
(& go Hiking several
times per week💜💜)
Running is bad for the
Joints (& Actually
makes you store
fat + is bad for
your face & neck
(makes you look
older - fast)
Mat Pilates
Wall Pilates
& Pilates Rebounder
- but you can just
do Wall Pilates💜💜
& some Pilates
exercises on
the floor/a mat.

Nothing works better
for your body than
Pilates💜💜 (& Hiking
in the hills &
Mountains &
around Trees
& the shapes in
Nature has
massive

I'm riding two times a week playing handball 2 times a week and then i make one time Pilates or i go running and on saturday or sunday i have a handball match ps: i'm twelve and you are gorgeus ❤😊
