Gastropathy is the epithelial damage with minimal inflammation, where gastritis is inflammation of the stomach with the associated mucosal injury.

1. Take quick digestive foods like

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done. The biopsy in the endoscopy says I have reactive gastropathy.
My symptoms are:
Nausea
Excessive gas
Feeling
Loud nut noises or bubble feelings
Lower abdomen tenderness
Black stool sometimes
Frequent urination

Asalamaolaikum Dr. Islam, earlier this year I had reactive gastritis and then last month I had the dialation of pylorus and botox injections in my stomach. My consultant took Biopsy and this time I have reactive gastritis. Does this mean, there is an improvement. No H. Pylori in the Biopsy. I was diagnosed with with H. Pylori in 2018 but treated using triple therapy treatment.
