I am not wealthy and I'm doing all on four next week. No doubt it's expensive (30 thousand). Try Mexico or take a line of equity or a regular loan. I made my smile a top priority. If you want it bad enough you make it happen. Theres some ground work to do so stay healthy and keep positive!!

It's a shame you have to be wealthy in order to afford this.

Great video. I think this is what my dentist recommended for me. I don't know, he kept calling it a roundhouse. Basically what happened was 2 years ago I had some work done, had a treatment plan, couldn't afford said treatment (one root canal and crown, 6 fillings), and everything got much worse. I'm kicking myself, I probably could've done the fillings one at a time, then the root canal and crown after. Now my dentist, who's great, by-the-way, says my teeth are really bad. He said we could do extensive worked and a fixed bridge, but said the problem is I have a track record of not taking care of my teeth, and the bridge is dependent on the weakest link. That if I screw that up the whole bridge fails. So the options were implants for $60, 000: not happening, the "roundhouse for $15, 000, or an upper denture. But the problem there is the denture closes off the palate and there goes enjoying food, and who wants to take their teeth out at night? I'm 49 and look like I'm in my 30s. So option 2 is looking like what I'll have to do. I'm 3/5 of the way there with the money, and my teeth aren't in pain, so my plan is two save the rest then go do it.

I don't know if things like this are available in the states but none of the options are affordable unless you're filthy rich

I’m getting all on 4 a week from today, only on my top. My bottom teeth are surprisingly straight and never had any issues. I’m nervous but I know it’ll change my life. Mine is around $9k

I heard there is a new Procedure call 3 on 6! It's less exptand doesn't require cutting off of your gums or bone to fit the denture properly.

If I already have All on 5 procedure, both arches, can I change to 3 on 6 procedure, ( bridges with no fake gum)?

Sometimes making the false teeth too white too bright is that people can tell immediately that they are not real. Some dentists actually blanch the false teeth or even make on tooth slightly crocked to give that natural look.

My understanding is the all on 6 is much better than all on 4, is this correct?

the only pain i had to deal with was the ouch....braces 10K out of pocket, bone graft 6k out of pocket, implant 3k out of pocket, now waiting to get the crown about1-2k out out pocket...you do the math..after this 5k out of pocket for veneers..lol..almost 30k out of pocket for a smile..lol. I don't believe in surgeries such as boob job, lip injections, bbl, but I'll invest for a smile. I don't think anyone will ever complain when you have a great smile.

I wish this group was in NY. I am unable to locate a high quality dental group anywhere. I have an upper denture, and a few bottom front teeth remaining. My oral surgeon wants to remove the remaining bottom teeth, do bone grafting on 7 bottom teeth upon removal, then wait months before inserting implants and he wants to insert 5 implants - 3 bottom center, one at current molar location bottom, and one in middle on same side. He said in order to have implant on left side I will need surgery and bone from hip. No thanks. I also read that implants in molar locations often don’t take so money wasted. I wish someone top doctor would help me
