Just got 19 removed with a bone graft from a cadaver 2 days ago. Once the anesthetic wore off the pain was a 9/10. Extreme pain. Doesn’t hurt anymore, though. Yay.

Hi Whitney, great video. I had a bone graft about a year ago prior to an implant being fitted in that area. If it helps anybody, it was completely painless and straightforward procedure. It cost £500 in the UK. Happy 2023 Whitney and look forward to learning more from your videos, thankyou for taking time to make them. 🪥😁🦷

This video has provided me with more clarity. I just had a bone graft. My dentist called its alveolar bone regeneration which was necessary to stop the gum disease caused by an open pocket from a bad tooth filling.

I had a accident due to which my 3 front teeths were removed and the density is not enough to do implants but watching your video relieved a bit of my fear 😊

I had a bone graft done, mainly because I have osteoporosis. It can, not for everyone, be quite painful during the healing phase.

You are a great explainer. Your happiness in speaking can trick us to think it is no big deal. It is. Expensive and painful. Thank you anyway. Keep it up.

This was super helpful thank you!! I'll be needing an extraction of one of my teeth and a bone graft due to some bone loss from the cavity in between my teeth being so large. I'm hoping after a few needed fixes the things I learned from you will prevent anymore stuff happening with the health of my teeth lol I wish I was educated about all this at a younger age 💙

Just did a bone graft a few days ago after an extraction and it has been one of the most painful recoveries ever. If I'm not on the pain killers they prescribed, it radiates throughout the entire left side of my face, to the point where I can't sleep. This will be a long and arduous recovery and I am NOT looking forward to it. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless.

Had one done recently. Suprised at how little pain there was afterwards. Almost none.

Will you do one about sinus lifts? I have no idea what to expect and it seems scary. You made bone grafts seem perfectly not scary.

I had it done at and sum of these instructions were not given to me for after the surgery. Nothe was mentioned about sleeping upright and light activities. Just don't sneeze with your mouth closed, no blowing the nose for 21 days, soft cool foods, refrain from vigorous rinsing of the mouth, but they gave me a mouthwash wash to rinse with. Retraining yourself to flow Drs instructions. kinda of difficult when you have a certain way of living.

I had a bone graft this past Tuesday and by Thursday my sutures start to fall out on its own. Then I felt a soft mushy object connected to the final suture and it also fell out today. Is that suppose to happen???? I’m in no pain and things feel normal
