Get Strong! No Weights Strength Training at Home | Joanna Soh

No equipment! Using just your bodyweight we are going to strengthen and tone your lower body, upper body and ab muscles, as well as get your heart rate up. This workout is designed for beginners consisting of fundamental movements to have a strong foundation to build upon. Movements are low impact and a steady pace. If you are not a beginner, you can still do this workout and add volume by using weights or increase the intensity by working at a quicker pace.

Interval: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest.
Circuit: Repeat each circuit twice.
Duration: 30 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 220 - 300 Calories

Exercises:
LOWER BODY
1) Alternate Heel Lift Wide Squat
2) Curtsy Lunge to Side Leg Raise
3) Reverse Lunge to Cross Crunch

UPPER BODY
1) Up-Down Plank with Arm Raise
2) Wide to Narrow Push-Ups
3) Superman to Back Squeeze

CORE
1) Plank Keep Taps
2) Spiderman to Cross Plank
3) Knee to V Tucks

When you begin workout by day 1 its common that you couldn't do it for more than 5 min, but don't stop there take your time and be consistent..it takes 1-2 weeks for body to get into this routine..just trust your body, don't push too much..because Joanna also do really hard work for years to reach here..so just do it every day regularly, and one day you will do full 30 min workout without break..its my experience 😊👍👍

Joanna has a rich experience with workouts especially for ladies. Ladies at the gym always say things like " I don't wanna jump. I just want a workout that will help me burn calories without jumping" .Joanna does it very well. Her pace and rythm are just perfect.

Completed 4 weeks of this and I can finally complete this whole workout without sneaking a 5 second breather towards the end. I feel strong thank you for this!!

I am 71 and finished the easy version of the workout without modifications--though the last couple of exercises kind of lagged.Thanks so much Joanna.

After doing this my entire body went limp and every part of me is burning. Actually my arms are trembling as I'm typing this which means it's already taking effect. Will definitely keep this up for the foreseeable future.

Guys guys guys ! I saw alot of comments about ppl not being able to complete this AND ITS OK ur body is not used to it yet and it will get used to it soon if u workout regularly(it's not important to do it everyday atleast yet so do like 3x a week or smth) ull do it one day so dw keep going

Guess what! This is my first day, i struggled alot, but it's still so fun to do! This is my only video that i didn't take any breaks! I am a very weak person but after finishing the full 30min exercise, I feel so motivated and strong. Thank you Joanna ❤️❤️

“No.” 😂 this workout left me sweating, but I always get stronger the more I do it😀 still have a love hate relationship with up down planks.
