Did you know bruxketta is a maltese traditional food and another way to do this (the way my family makes it ) is taking some kunserva(tomato sauce) spreading it on dryed bread preferably ftira taghl Malti or if you cant find that you can use like that bread thats like a gaint bun idk what its called.Anyways take some tuna(the one from the can )take that tuna and put a fair ammount on the bread with kunserva on it and last but not least put some chedder and mozzarella on it and dont forget to put some baisl on it too! Its delicious!!!trust me im Maltese i know what im saying it will litterly blow your mind!🤩🤩🤯

Kosher salt is NOT a thing in either Italy or Europe as a whole. Use normal salt.
