RECIPE:
-Ingredients-
1 French baguette 🥖
1 package of cherry tomatoes 🍅
1-2 cloves garlic 🧄
Fresh Basil 🌿
Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt 🧂
-Directions-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice baguette on bias.
Place on sheet tray & Drizzle in olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until GBD (golden brown and delicious).
Peel garlic clove, slice end off and gently rub garlic clove on each crostini.
Rinse and cut tomatoes in 1/4.
Add Olive Oil to generously coat cut tomatoes.
Add pinch salt, mix well!
Top crostini with tomato mixture.
Garnish with chiffonade (rolled & thin sliced) basil!
PRO TIP: Bake crostinis until crisp, but still slightly tender; the goal is nicely toasted bread, not croutons.. 🥖
