Anybody that jumpy should never be employed in any job that requires a firearm. He shouldn't even be allowed to own one. But because he resigned he's now free to find a new job in law enforcement. I'm getting such second hand embarrassment from the overreaction but also he's wildly firing at a car with a person in handcuffs inside, in a residential area. He'd also been searched before put in the car. That's horrifying and he needs to be prosecuted for reckless endangerment/reckless discharge of firearms, whatever the legal term is.
