Watch: Officer shoots at man after mistaking acorn falling for gunfire

Police body camera footage shows Florida officers opening fire on a Black man handcuffed in a patrol vehicle after mistaking a falling acorn for a gunshot. The man was unharmed but said it left him traumatized. The officer later resigned while under investigation.

OFFICER HERNANDEZ SHOULD GO TO PRISON!!!

1)They had already patted the man down prior to the incident.
2)The discharge of a suppressed weapon in an enclosed and confined space at 4 feet away does NOT remotely sound as similar nor as quiet as a acorn falling on the roof of a cruiser.
3)He mag dumped recklessly without having a clear sight of the "target" and what's behind of it, no regard for potential stand byers sitting in the cars in front of the police cruiser

in addition to all of this, the man was handcuffed and potentially strapped with the seatbelt. How is this not attempted murder????
