I train legs once a week. 405lbs squatting feels light.

I don’t think Jay is training here. He is demonstrating that his one set of leg presses per week is sufficient to allow him to have the strength to easily squat 405 for reps with good form even though he does not train squats.

The form is still good and even slower than what most do.

Jay.. how long you been at this?
Btw.. I never tried this doing squat (i learned in the other comment what you were referring to) but I sure use to squat like this and I'd like to return to that weight. Light weight my dude fr..

And ppl are so triggered.. I noticed you had to disabled most of your vids.. nonesense.. and ppl fail to realize this triggers your fast twitch muscles. What I did learn from you is that I didn't need to do that many sets to still achieve ones goals.. I will apply that when I return to the gym.. thanks

So basically your method of training can contribute to your overall demonstration of strength on Olympic lifts like squat/bench/deadlift?

Are you only doing leg press? If so, how are you building lumbar strength to support 405?

Ok once a week and what would your leg day look like, training in your hit style?

Looks like a bench squat without the bench.

90 graus é sério que esse cara aprendeu a treinar com o Mike Mentzer? Que agachamento horrível, a primeira foi a barra fixa bem ruim... Estava feliz por ter encontrado alguém que defende o Mike, mas desse jeito, tô fora

Go all the way down and it gets much harder :)

These are just normal squats... lose 2-4 plates, slow it and go all the way down!!! Mentzer preached full range of motion.
