Hi there, thank you for the video, followed your instructions but when i tried to connect my laptop (outside network) via the newly created VPN I receive the following error message "The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer." What did I do wrong? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Andrew. I'm trying to run L2TP configuration on a USG PRO, with firmware 4.4.50.5272448, and Controller version 5.6.42, I follow up the steps described in your video (that are exact the same steps described at official documentation) but I'm not able to concrete any remote access session, using the public IP . My USG is behind a nated ISP modem, I already made all the needed port forwarding configurations, but not success. The weird thing is, if I connect to the same local network as the USG WAN, and point the connection to the private IP, the connection works smooth. Do you have any clue of whats going on with my scenario? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the video - I am still having trouble getting mine to work. Did you do any port forwarding for the radius server port that you specified? On my windows laptop, I keep getting an error that "the connection was terminated because the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner"

How secure is this? Is it actually encrypting the traffic? I wonder why they didn't include built in support for IKEv2 or Open VPN

Thx for your video, but in my controler SERVICE / RADIUS is not available. Due to the unadapted router.
In my controller does not see the EDGE X Router, I can not adapt it to the controller, you know why?

Thanks for the Video; I was able to setup the VPN with ease. The only problem I'm having now is accessing my LAN via the VPN. Any suggestion?

My device says it is connected to the VPN, but Controller shows my devices as connected to the AP it last connected to when on Wifi... Also does not show that there is a vpn session. Any one have any insight to that?
