It's absurd, it is Canada who will decide what happens within their country. There is no contract that they signed with any students to employ them after they graduate. It's a risk that you take and the primary intent must be to gain the knowledge and skill needed to be employable. Then the world is yours to look for jobs. If you have spent beyond your means then that's a risk that is yours only, you can't blame another nation for taking decisions in the interest of their citizens.

You are not a backbone of the economy when all you are capable of doing is drive Uber, deliver food, serve in restaurants. Want to stay in Canada? Get good work experience in India. Apply to recognized universities for Masters programs. Work permit rules are same for legitimate universities. Then you will be guaranteed PR. If you don't want to study or work hard, stay in India.

As a Canadian I can't find a job because of temporary workers and international students who are subsidized and work for cheap wages so employers will always opt for cheap labour and screw Canadians. Rents are through the roof, to much demand not enough supply, its simple mathematics, some of these situations are caused by a ridiculous influx of temporary workers and international students, enough is enough, uncontrolled immigration policies are not the answer.

I’m from the Philippines and I applied PR to come to Canada. Did you know how long did that take me to apply or wait? And waited for years to get my Canadian citizenship!

Know the rules. If you come here for a student visa you should just prioritizing school not work just so you can get your work permit and apply for Canadian citizenship. A lot of a Canadian doesn’t have work because of y’all and this has to stop. The reality is that many international students were spending all their time working and not coming to class. As a result, many failed their courses. Permanent Residence qualification should be based on merit. It's a privilege. Not a right
