International students have been flocking to a loophole-to-immigration. Utilizing schooling as a backdoor ticket to Canada (instead of using the upfront immigration channels). Swarming a system that was NOT designed to be about EVERY student wanting PR.

Now all Canadians have clued in that Canada's post secondary education system has (in 4 years time) turned into EDUGRATION. Something that the PUBLIC schools were NOT created for. Plus edugration (public or private) was NEVER approved by everyday Canadians.

Plus what about Ghost Consulting that Canada told India to halt? What about the $ greedy foreign agents MARKETING & LYING to their own people about access to PR etc., being easy to get? What about IELTS spouses? Anchor babies? Fraud? False asylum claims?

What about Canadian food banks & charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages?

What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by/for internationals? What about home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply"?

Are all international students truly Scholars … or are most Economic Migrants (who BORROWED $ to buy their way to the head of the immigration line)? Yes Canada made some unfortunate mistakes especially by not pumping the immigration brakes sooner. But to say all the students (or their consultants back home) have not been at times 'gaming' Canada's EDUCATION programs to PRIMARILY gain western PR is ridiculous.

Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed … and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Everyone I know is very happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian-Canadians where many have been the MOST upset (by all of this).

PS Canadians are aware that some great students are going through hell. And know Canada is partially to blame which hurts Canadian hearts. But bottom-line, Canada decides what needs to be done in Canada. Do you see Canadians protesting in other countries (that is not their own) making demands for themselves? No. Do Canadians see students from South Asia protesting in Canada, making demands since the world pandemic? Yes.

If 36, 000, 000 Canadians travelled to India, since 2020, with the primary goal of being able to stay there permanently, that would raise India's population by 2.65%. Recent migrators (after PR) … especially the students... have raised Canada's population 2.65%.

Changes are occurring in 2024, for HUGE reasons.

I live in Canada and these students come here to become permanent residents and then citizens. They use schools as a tool for their goal.

Stop saying Indian students and start saying as it is. Say sikh permanent resident aspirants from Punjab. Almost 100% of these “students “ are sikhs from Punjab. They come to Canada NOT to study. They come to get PR status by hook or crook.

Truth - Their work permit is denied because they are not working in the area of their graduation or in specialization they have completed their degree. These people are working in Tim Hortons, and Walmart and Canadian teens can't find work so these peoplea are aked to return home or find work in the area of their specialization/in which they have obtained the canadian degree.
