Hundreds of Indian student graduates have staged protests against a new federal policy in Canada that puts them at risk of getting deported from the country. Many international students, particularly those from India, dream of moving to the North American country in hopes of building a better life, but the announced immigration policy changes have left the future of more than 70,000 student graduates in uncertainty.

I am Chinese. In the 1970s immigration to Canada was very strict and selective. We have to meet education level, language skills, employability and financial security requirements. Even students applying for our Universities have to prove that they are financially sufficient. These Indian "students" are just abusing the education system. There are too many fly by night high schools, private colleges and private language schools which are basically set up for illegal immigration.
