Thanks for the video. I think thaf it's also important for many to realise that declutering their social media and irl relationship is also important and can do a lot of good. For example if you habe a toxic relationship with a family member or a frienemy you dont need that in your life. Let it go. If you have 500 peoplenon FB but you only regularly comunicate with 100 of them, why would you need to have all these "friends" etc. Decluttering your commitments and participation... and making sure that no one volunteers YOUR time for anything unless tou approve and want to fo it. Establishing boundaries is important. :)

Simple and practicable
This is a stressful time when all (extended) family members are all trying to give me gifts and things I don't need nor want. I find that this is my biggest challenge. After all the decluttering and self control, Especially difficult when a certain family member wants to surprise me (with stuff and more stuff). I've started saying no and making a list of affordable things that I need and want since the beginning of the year.. I hope this year will be better than last year. In Germany there's Nikolaus and then Christmas.. gift upon gift upon gift. I'm grateful and hopeless. All excited for this wonderful, beautiful challenging time, ready to do damage control afterwards.

The issue I have is when things arise that you don’t NEED but would probably be good to get. Example: orthodontist recommends Invisalign to help with bite alignment but obviously you’re not gonna die without Invisalign.

To much can confuse people and cause anxiety and depression helping is a better life style to me and do charity and teach others how to live good without trying to be to rich rich take to much for them selves when they should take what you need and give to others with what's left youtube so much happier life you fall out with less people too greatful is important
