I had CFS that just kept getting worse. I saw many doctors and tried many treatments but kept getting worse till I could not leave the house. I knew I had to do something. I did lots of research and started implementing detoxification techniques. Slowly I started to improve and now I am fully recovered. I did a video on this. Do not give up.

It’s like having severe Flu all the time with severe fatigue. Bed ridden most of the time, but little breaks, but everything you do, costs. No joke. Had it for years with fibromyalgia and only now getting some improvement. Having to keep within strict limits, with plenty of rest though.

The video explains ME/CFS very well.
I think you need to watch the video again and educate yourself a little more before you comment. Look up the International consensus criteria to start with. It is never a good idea to tell someone with lived experience what you think something is, especially without knowing.

I don’t think it’s the ME you described in the video. Those are the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. ME is something that has more to do with pain.
