Just close your eyes and imagine that Piastri could have been an Alpine driver today.

Let me just say, I've never had a favorite driver since I started F1, I just enjoyed the sport as it is, but seeing Oscar in Baku yesterday just blew my mind, the overtake looked simple but it was a risky one and he got close to wall on exit, and his legit win still not being acknowledged is crazy, Oscar is my favorite now, he drove a steady race from start to finish.

"The one thing that people love to see more than a hero is to see a hero fall" Green Goblin, Spider-Man 2002. How prophetic those words are now.

Finishing 3rd isn’t a bad thing because Red Bull will now have more Wind Tunnel and CFD time (80% instead of 70%)

Red Bull deserves to lose the Constructors’ Championship; it’s the result of their complacency and incompetence. Max Verstappen, however, cannot be faulted for consistently getting the best out of the car after Miami, aside from his mistakes in Austria, Hungary, and Baku. At this point, Red Bull should focus solely on securing Max the Drivers’ Championship and forget about the Constructors’. The only positive Redbull can take from this is at least they have more windtunnel time

Funny how when the car is not so pointy, Checo is as good, if not better, than Max. They develop the car to Max's style, which makes it difficult for Checo or even Albon and Gasly before that.

When was the last time that a driver won the championship and his team finished 3th on constructors?, because it looks like is going to happen 👀

Piastri needs a praise for that performance. Faultless defensive driving for 30+ laps against a slightly faster Ferrari. On par with Alonso holding Schumacher 05 Imola.

newey is getting that car ready for alonso before even joining the team what a legend

max winning the title with a third place team would make his legendary status level up to mythical.

"Max has 'only' won 3 races". Only...

Appreciate the video but saying Sainz is a bit more at fault is a statement I don't really agree with, Perez had a lot more space on his left and Sainz was close to the wall, it was natural to regain a little bit space from the track limits. It's a racing incident, but I don't think he should be blamed more.

For me most alarming fact is how Checo put almost 20 seconds on Max
Driver Championship is more important than Constructor, So Redbull should Solve Maxs issue ASAP

Like Tommo said, they need to invest heavily to get the WDC over the line this year. They can't count on next season, no one can.

Reminds me of when active suspension got banned in 90s. Williams went from a team with huge advantage to a badly handling car overnight.

I have a feeling red bull are going to stage a comeback. The car in Sergios hands looked great.

If they had listened to Checo's feedback a few months ago instead of maligning the driver, they would've corrected the issue much earlier. Now he's doing everything not to say "I told you so" (or maybe not directly saying it but implying it).

Redbull has a huge understeering problem. It’s been quiet evident since last many races from Max’s radio messages. He just doesn’t have the front end. They’re resorting to higher aero to get the balance to front, but it has left Redbull sitting duck in the straights due to drag. In Baku, from Checo’s good performance it is quiet evident that Redbull has gone into understeeery setup which Checo prefers

Where we could be If Ferrari didnt had those disasterclasses in Canada, Britain or Austria. Charles and Ferrari would be fighting for both titles. So frustrating but gives me hope for next season

For me, despite the fierce competition between Lando, Oscar, Charles and even Carlos and the Mercedes, Max is absolutely not certain to win the championship. Just imagine in Singapore Lando takes 10 points more than Max and the lead is cut to 49 pts then the luck will turn around and Lando will have a race when he'll take 20 off Max that would cut the lead to only 29 and then there are 5 other races and 2-3 sprints... in my eyes even charles and why not oscar both have a strong possibility of becoming world champion.
