You bring your dog to a veterinarian and the first thing they ask is "what are you feeding your dog ". You go to your own doctor and they never ask what you're eating. What's up with that.

When I met my partner I told him I had lots of mental health issues ranging from depression cptsd bpd anxiety and ptsd and he annoyed me cause he said “change your food, change your mood!” But diet has played a huge role in my life changing and I’m so thankful to him. It changed my hormones and PMS symptoms too! I’m forever grateful and thankful to him ❤

I stopped drinking alcohol and started eating clean and my depression (major depressive disorder) and anxiety has almost 100% gone I also exercise but I think the DIET is more impactful!!!!

When he said he didnt know he could be that happy person, it touched my heart to hear that in his voice. I was amazed at the difference when i tried a 48 hr fast said to improve your depression from healing your innards. It was so subtle then obvious. Now ive found eating sugar and pastry at a dinner party and my very low mood has just reappeared. So back to fasting and very low carb x

We love fasting for upto five days. Done a seven days fast once. Didn't feel anything different from the five. Try to stay in keto as often as possible BUT here's the three ace's. Turns off the mainstream media, especially the TV. Surround yourself with like minded people. If possible have a fitness regime involving aerobic/anaerobic exercise everyday.

Eating clean will literally change your life, also if you have anxiety and depression and your drinking anything more then a normal cup of coffee worth of caffeine a day, and not getting regular sleep then you might be doing yourself a lot of unnecessary harm.

This title is misleading! You are not listing any foods, only talking in general about not eating processed food. Interviewer please don't do that! This doctor is great but your title is misleading. That takes away your channel credibility.

I helped my husband come off anti depressants. The Dr wasn't happy. The reason being, we couldn't get the help to deal with the past if he wasn't on antidepressants.

Gut health and proper foods make a huge difference.
