Two types of food that damages our brain:
1. Refined carbohydrates
2. Seed oils
If you have a brain disease or mood disorder, go Keto or carnivore. ❤

Seriously. I did keto initially to lose weight (which I did) BUT I was shocked it cured me of my depression, anxiety, and anger issues. SHOCKED how much food impacts mental health.

Thank you for this interview. I am ordering the book. I have been eating lower carbs 70-80/day for several months, and intermittent fasting for 4 months. My brain fog cleared quickly, weight is coming off, (40 lbs, 15 to go, ) joint pain is gone, and I am able to regularly exercise now. 64/female. I have a daughter with MH who may benefit from your book. Agian, thank you.

Jesse, great interview. Thank you for asking different questions. So many times Dr Edes just repeats what she said in an earlier interview with someone else. I learned something new today.
