You can start with 5 minutes at a time and increase it to 2, 3 and 4 times a day. Because some movement is better than nothing at all. From there you are able to increase your time and eventually you can do more. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. Everything in moderation 😉 including moderation as my Grandma used to say

Even just basic movement. I work in an office after years of physical jobs that resulted in 2 herniated discs. So at a minimum I wake up and do 5 mins on the yoga mat, mobility movements, some press ups, and I do the same routine when I'm home after 5:30pm. Keeps my mind healthy, my blood pumping. Then I walk the dog, in 2 short walks because my back limits my ability to move and walk. Gota keep it pushing as best you can!

brother, apart from martial arts and cycling I started doing something called myo reps, it takes me like 10 minutes to do some pushups and squats with that method and I get very nice gains from this. You really don't have to do a lot. Just do anything.

I have said for awhile now that starting at zero, just about any weight program you can come up with will produce significant gains to the user.

150+ HR on the type of cardio that you love for 10-15 min is actually enjoyable. When I used to ride my cycle last year, I either did 1-2 hours of 130+ bpm rides or go for 30-45 min of 150-160 bpm rides. Both were fun in their own way.

People that exercise are likely to eat better and not use drugs etc so it’s not necessarily the exercise preventing cancer or whatever.
