Sure, feel free to use garlic ginger paste, but you'll have the eye the amount. Don't worry if it's not exact. When cooking for myself, I rarely use exact measurements.

Hey Skiz, I your homecooking videos. Have you ever tried to make a Sri Lankan dish called kothu rotti? One of Sri Lankan best dish, if you ask me. If you ever had made this dish before, is it possible for you to make a cookvideo for this dish aswell?

I think it's an excellent, delicious curry. I'd add tandoori chicken just for me though.

ok so if i'm improvising, does garlic ginger paste work in place of the two pastes individually? Or is the ration of the commonly found mix just not the same as what you're using here? Just curious . . . You use all of these fresly chopped great ingredients but, after working all day, etc., I sort of do the "semi homemade" by buying prepared lemongrass chopped in a tube, etc... So, if you could answer about that it'd be great :D
