The big differences between the stage version and the cinema version of The Club / Blackout:
1. Usnavi is not a great dancer in the stage version
2. There is a big fight in the club before the blackout
3. Usnavi and Vanessa were fine at the end of the Club, they were Benny and Nina the ones who argued, the film version was focused in Usnavi and Vanessa
4. Sonny and Graffiti Pete, fearing looters, set off fireworks to distract potential robbers, in the film version they wanted to help illuminating the community by set off fireworks

Nothing beats the musical version of this scene. I don't know why they changed it but man, it's so much better. Benny and Nina get shafted in the movie.
